Overall not impressed with Peter's attitude or service. We had our piano refurbished and tuned by Peter which was to be followed up with another tuning once returned. We have unsuccessfully attempted to have Peter revisit for the follow up tuning that we've already paid for. After several promises from Peter and no shows, we've had to pay for another tuner to follow up. The story continues with the new piano tuner discovering a string missing and an overall poor job done. We didn't even need to mention Peter's name for the other piano tuner to know who he was.
