Terrible after sales service. I spent ALOT of money here on a new Audi demonstrator, only to find several undisclosed faults that if I was made aware of at the time of purchase I would not have considered purchasing the vehicle at all. 6 months on and I am still waiting for rectification of faults. Poor communication, lack of timely updates or follow ups.

Porche and the team were friendly and helpful. Airbag sensor replaced on late model Audi A6, with clear and concise communication, within a day. LQ2 loan car was a great drive. Considering upgrading other daily driver to this model later in the year.

Great service these guys! Went in for a key battery replacement and did that straight away with 2 staff looking after me and charged me just 8 dollars. Haven't felt this super service at any other service place in Wellington.
