Awesome meal and great service. Couldn't hope for better.

Excellent Fare. Relaxed. No loud music. Gentle Jazz. Excellent service. Coffee with the sweet would have been good rather than sweet first then coffees 10-25 minutes later. No biggie, just tested ones ability to resist the yummy sweets till coffee arrived. Really enjoyed the experience.

A group of over 20 booked for morning tea Saturday morning. Coffees took over 45 minutes to arrive in dribs and drabs. They tasted good when received but orders were mixed up. Had we known the machine was playing up ,alternative orders could've been made. Teas were very good and served instantly .Most ordered cheese scones. Large dry scones with a scattering if cheese on top. The custard square ( rectangle) looked ok in the cabinet but had a filling more like crumbly yellow feta cheese over filled with sugar. Sickeningly sweet. It was returned barely touched and the over worked staff were kind enough not to charge. The autumnal gardens pleasant but only one map given out in spite of 5.00 charge each. Nursery good for shrubs especially azalea s & rhododendrons and seedlings.

The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and it was spectacular. There are over 100 trees and all pretty. It was a sea of hues of pink interspersed with Camellias and Rhododendrons. There is about a kilometre to walk in the gardens and plenty of parking. After visiting the gardens, we had coffee. The coffee was hot and perfect although it took a while to come.

This cafe is well worth visiting. Friendly and efficient service with attractive and tasty menu choices. The adjacent garden nursery operates an enjoyable and interesting garden walk amongst mature gardens and trees.

OK if you're a little old lady but could do better. Coffee was terrible, service average as was food. Little Gluten Free options. Nice gardens apparently.

On arriving we stood right in front of the person making coffee to try and ask a question because no one at counter. 10 minutes later he asked if he could help. Loooong wait for order to arrive. When we had finished our coffee, had to go back to counter and ask where our cakes were. Arrived 25 minutes after that. Very poor service. Cannot use the "we are busy" card this time as only 4 tables occupied and 3 out of 4 had issues with food not arriving, wrong orders being given etc. Wont be back.

Long wait, wife's meal did not appear. Staff not particularly worried. Was a lot of sudden patrons but meals came out haphazardly, with a few being missed.
