My hearing is my livelihood and I'm very particular about who gets to poke around in my ears. By far the best experience I've ever had with professional care and sound advice (you see what I did there ). Clive is an expert. Good to find someone I trust to keep my ears in great shape.
I went here with an urgent ear blockage prior the day before going on holiday as my local doctors could not resolve the issue. They were super helpful, squeezing me in for a last minute appointment at 4.30pm, great service. Alongside this the specialist quickly and comfortably resolved the issue. Excellent value/very reasonably priced, if I have any other issues I will be back to see these guys in a jiffy :)
I have been so pleased with Clive and Helen's hearing care. Wellington Hearing Care is truly a place where they care and treat you as person. I feel like we are friends! Clive has a wonderful sense of humour and is very professional. I had to change the kind of hearing aid after the first one didn't work for me. This was all done at NO extra cost. Helen is wonderful at changing appointments or fitting you in when you need an appointment. She also greets you as a friend when you come through the door. I could not be more pleased with my audiologist. Clive listens to every problem, no matter how unusual, and solves it. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs to get hearing aids!
Went for annual check up 4 years after purchase :-) and was pleasantly surprised to see that the same care and attention was afforded me as were my appointments for the original purchase of hearing aids from Clive and Helen. A great couple with a great business and respect for their customers. Highly recommend Wellington Hearing Care.
Like the other reviews, i found the service provided by Helen and Clive was faultless. I had sought prior advice as to how to manage tinnitus but no one had laid it out as simply as Clive had. Price wise- very reasonable Would highly recommend as first stop if you have any hearing issues.
Without doubt, Clive & Helen are second to none. The complete professionals, knowledgeable, as well as empathetic,caring with a bit of humour to boot. I felt completely at ease and respected from beginning to my final session. Thank you both. Peter
