This would have to be the least painful waxing I've ever experienced. Avana is clean, reasonably priced and the staff are very professional. I also tried laser for the first time recently and also found that to be excellent. I recommend Avana to my friends and workmates.

they just let you in the dark room and wait for so long and still no staff come :) Had face treatment and therapist was unprofessional. My skin got worse after the treatment, i know we always say things have to get worse before they get better but they clearly have little knowledge about skin and active ingredients to be honest. My skin is weak and damaged but the facial treatment they did were harsh, over-exfoliate and used harsh products. Edit: you guys do helios treatment which is facial treatment? and I did it at 44 the terrace, i know your team, just don't want to call out their names

not professional skincare expert. Basically not having enough knowledge about active ingredients and skin concerns, they just know what they sell and endorse what they sell for sure. I have sensitive acne skin but was suggested using Glycolic acid and Vitamin C together which was harsh. I was also suggested needling. My skin barrier was terribly attenuated because of these people over-exfoliating and rubbing my skin out, saying i need strong treatment.

Facial treatment and advice. I had the pleasure of having a consultation and treatment here today. From the warm welcoming at reception with Dani and Eilish, everyone was friendly yet professional. I was made to feel very welcome. Nitya was extremely knowledgeable and honest with her assessment. I could actually see a difference to my skin with just one treatment! The products are devine. I had a bad reaction to the pain from the eyebrow threading as it was my first time and I ended up having a bit of a cry. Ronnie was really patient with me. Eyebrow threading is a team effort and I was doing my best to stop and to stay still. We ran over time and Ronnie gave me the option of stopping or waiting until she could return from her next appointment. I stayed and I'm so grateful that I did. She is so kind and patient with me. She was not judgmental she was my friend. I couldn't sit still and yet I left with the perfect brows of a newsreader. Magic.

Very rude lady on reception when I arrived. Clearly didn't want to be there. She then showed me to the treatment, where she literally just told me to go into the dark room and wait. She closed the door behind her and i was sat in the dark! So unprofessional. I put the light on and the room was awful. No natural light, wallpaper coming off the walls, dirty towel on the bed. I felt so uncomfortable.
