Avition, Tourism, and Travel Training Organisation was for everyone working in aviation, tourism, travel and museum. ATTTO worked with their industries to set standards for people working in these sectors, and to develop qualifications and training materials for employers and employees. ServiceIQ – ‘shorthand’ for service industry qualifications that develop smarter people for smarter businesses - aims to have a world class New Zealand service industry through qualified people. By helping produce a workforce with nationally recognised qualifications who contribute to greater productivity and profitability for the service industry, ServiceIQ will help increase our sectors’ contribution to the national economy. ServiceIQ sets standards, develops qualifications and arranges training for the service industry in the accommodation, aviation, bars and restaurants, cafés, clubs, food services, museums, quick service restaurants, retail, tourism, travel and wholesale sectors of the service industry.
