Bailey Nelson are my preferred optometrists by a country mile! Not only is their Willis St store more intimate and inviting than their competitors', but their level of service, stylish designs, genuinely interested staff and competitive prices make it a 'no-brainer' when it comes to choosing an optometrist. My recommendation (if you haven't used them before) is to try them out. I am confident you won't regret it - and I am not remotely related to anyone who works there! A

Dealing with Bailey Nelson in Willis street was a wonderful experience from the start. My questions were answered promptly, booking an appointment was really easy with their online booking system, and then my instore experience was great also, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and prices were very reasonable. I Would highly recommend their services. Thank you very much.

Absolutely gorgeous frames and really good prices! I made an excellent and surprisingly straightforward purchase while visiting Wellington. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. Please please come to Dunedin!

The optometrist way great - the people selling frames and doing the fittings..not so much! I bought one of the frames recommended to me by the salesperson. They are far too loose. The frames don't fit - they are constantly slipping and/or falling off (and have even been blown off by our Welly winds!). I went back to Bailey Nelson to have them adjusted and was told (by a different salesperson) that there was nothing they could do as the frames are 'far too big for your face'. Needless to say, I won''t go back and wouldn't recommend.

Glasses are great!! Staff can probably be a bit better with customer service and not standing behind the counter chatting away while there's customers around needing help. But other than that the glasses are awesome customer service needs work

I love my new glasses! It took a long time to get an appointment but it was so worth it. The glasses are great quality, really smart, and they offered to adjust them FOR LIFE. I can’t wait to get another pair, the most reasonable deal in Wellington FOR SURE. thank you guys for such a great experience!
