Had a great experience with this company. Staff were busy with customers but I was acknowledged with an apology for the wait while they hustled to serve me. Great hand off with the car and even though the location is small to maneuver staff made the effort to park the car in a position that made it super easy to leave the premises. Car was immaculate and then returning the vehicle was very quick and easy. Great service at a fantastic price point.

Absolutely recommend the Cuba Street team at Bargain Rental Cars! The process of renting a car was quick and simple. Booked a car on their website, they confirmed that day by email, and I checked-in at my chosen time. The best things about BRC are the friendly staff, unbeatable prices and awesome central location. Most rental car companies operate at the airport; but BRC are at a much more convenient location for people who are not flying. Will be visiting again and again!

I rent cars a LOT and Bargain Rental Cars has become my go-to company. The prices are always great, the staff is kind and patient and the cars are very good. For this rental we had a Nissan Tiida hatchback that we absolutely adored. Tons of cargo space for a compact, incredibly comfortable to drive, and handled very well. Midway through our rental we discovered we'd have to extend by several days. We expected it to be a hassle, but we sent them an email and they just did it for us at the same rate. We were delighted by the quality and service and we'll rent from here again.

Really upset with the bond refund process. Deposited 250 to hire a car, called 3 times to inquire why it wasn't returned. Was lied to about it being on its way and wait for a few days to show up in the account. 1 Week after I returned it do I find that the bond refund process is being started and am invoiced. Every other interaction was satisfactory, but this mismanagement of customer money dropped the rating.
