A huge thank you to the team at Blair Wright Group - Waterloo Quay. Your professionalism, friendly manner and efficiency to fix my car is greatly appreciated. This is the second time I've used your service and you guys never disappoint. Not only was my car fixed in a timely manner but they also did a thorough clean inside the vehicle as well as outside. In the past I have had my car service from other mechanics where I have picked up my car with dust on the seats, the console and on some occasions dusty boot prints on the carpets and not only that there is always a mechanic odour. I did not find any of these with Blair Wright. So, THANK YOU again guys, you have a very happy customer!

Blair Wright have been a disappointing experience. I was told 5 days in a row my vehicle would be ready for pick up the following day. When I expressed my frustration the manager Ray was unapologetic and even told me I should be lucky they are even doing the job. When we finally got the car back it was nice and clean but now sounds like a jet plane. The noise levels are excessive and not as they were previously.
