Nothing particularly good nor bad, primarily a transport service between the North and South islands. There are various parts of the ship where you can choose to spend the 3.5 hours or so on each trip. Some seating with USB charging ports are available near the coffee bar. Food prices are reasonable, similar to cafe prices. Best part of the journey is at both ends, in the Sounds and Wellington harbour, if it's your first time, have your camera ready!

Nice sailing, clean boat, plenty of seating easy load on and off on both outward and return sailings. One of their vessels is more geared to truckers, but I actually preferred this one. Highly recommend grabbing a cabin if you doing a late night sailing, clean and comfortable

First time crossing the strait and it was great. Pretty easy to get on and off with a caravan. Next time I sail I will definitely get a cabin for the kids, the smaller of the two boats has a very small family area that only fits a handful of kids so if you have very young ones they will get a little restless. There are rows of 3 seats facing eachother which are great for family’s. The deck and outdoor area feels very safe with young kids so make sure you go outside and take the view in. Good selection of food and beverages which are a tad expensive but that is to be expected

Easy company to deal with. Very accommodating, a small wait for getting car in board ferry, but nothing unexpected. Only thing that could be better is having the car parking positions in boat better labelled. After driving down country for nearly 10 hours, it was nice to see a friendly, welcoming face, made all the better by the fact that they had answers for every question I had, and although some felt like stupid questions, I wasn't made to feel dumb for asking.

This was my second sailing with them. First was great, smooth sailing so to speak. The second was appalling, communication was non existent when we had to apparently take another route which resulted in an extra 1.5 hours on board. Food and coffee were good though, much better then the competition across the road. However interislander are more reliable.

Travelled on the smaller ferry. Not much seating and the projector was not working so no movie. The mens toilets needed work on the main door and inside needed some repair work. Crew were pleasant but very busy. Food at cafe was good but ran out before I could try some.
