Very poor with communication. They don't seem to care if a patient going through pain or not. Have wait for few months before they get back to you.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in their services. The only reason I decided to come to this clinic was because it looked reputable however it may have been but not for my particular case(ankle swelling that does not go down). I met with one consultant, who could not help me, and who later referred me to another consultant(which meant I still had to pay 100 for his time-also because I was Canadian with no NZ medical coverage). A few days later, I met with Melinda Parnell, who barely did anything with me except ask standard questions (same questions the previous consultant asked me). She then advised me that I should wear compression socks & that there was nothing that could be done. I was yet again left to pay another 100 for nothing. I decided to wait a few months until I returned back to Canada to follow up regarding my swelling. After running various test, turns out that I was actually VERY sick & that it could have possibly been deadly if I had not gotten back home on time. So message to Ms Melinda Parnell, DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY NEXT TIME, it could possibly save a life! I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone.
