Great service and great selection of watches! I have purchased 3 watches as gifts from this store and my first gold watch for my wedding day. Really great store!

Polite and friendly service, reasonable pricing, fixed my watch strap for me in under 10 minutes time.

Fantastic shop if you are serious about your time pieces. Have them all to suit your style and budget. The staff are incredibly helpful and will give sincere advice based on their extensive knowledge. Their services for watch repairs are very quick and reasonably priced. If they cannot do it in-house, they have a number of approved vendors to get quotes for and allow you to decide which one is best. All of them value your watch as if it is your investment pieces. Certainly worth getting it all done correctly with little drama.

Shocking customer service, nobody could make a simple decision on a valid reason for a return (bought the day before). It was agreed with the staff member that it could be returned if not suitable. Was told to 'do one' basically :(

Went in today with my wife to pick up a watch they had replaced the battery on. They asked me to leave the store, because they "already had 3 people in the store". This is apparently their maximum due to COVID restrictions. What amused me, is that I was the only customer on that side of the store - the other customers were all bunched up together over one cabinet. My wife was actually asked to walk to that cabinet to deal with the staff member, beside the other customers. As I left, another customer walked in - they did not ask him to leave. Politically correct and poorly applied policies will only stand to irritate and anger genuine potential customers - applying them property (the goal being distance between customers, not total customers in-store) being the key to everyone understanding and accepting your store rules. I will not be back, I will use the competition in Auckland for my collection.

Really bad experience! I went there to get a new battery and some links off my watch. Got told the job was complete, paid 75 but they forgot to take the links off. Then went back and told them to they forgot the links so they did it but then charged an extra 25! Ridiculous! Not mention the old mans grumpy face and terrible service. If you want value for money and a smile don't go here.

Gave them my Timex to change the battery, they gave it back with one of the small hands used for the stopwatch function damaged and claimed it was like that before I gave it to them (It wasn't). They didn't even seem apologetic, just dismissive and rude attitude. I'd never go there again.
