.The paywave never works, the ticket machines take forever to 'connect to the network'and there's usually more potholes than asphalt. Apart from that they're great.
Checked online and was told that it would cost me 9 for the amount of time I was staying here, but instead it came to 18. I was a bit peeved off because the price was double what I expected so make sure you're aware of that possibility. Also, there was no way to pay with an eftpos card or cash at the bar that raises so I had to reverse, park somewhere, walk to the pay stations, and then I could drive through. There's probably somewhere better.
Be absolutely careful of parking here. I have parked here many times. However, one evening I was late getting to my car because a meeting at work went late. I was greeted by a 85 ticket for being two hours over time. It is highway robbery. I will never park here again, and rest assured, I will tell everyone who will listen at my place of business that they should avoid this car park at all costs. In fact, when I walk by the car park, if I see someone parking there, I will warn them to be aware of this egregious policy. The greed exhibited by this car park is unconscionable.
Had to give 1 star because I cant give 0. This car park has terrible management. I parked here on 23 July and paid 4.50 at the rate of 3/hr, assuming that I had paid for 1.5 hours of parking at 1.20pm. When I came back at 2.50pm, I received a parking notice and realised that my ticket had only covered me till 2.20pm. My fault for not reading the ticket but in the end I paid 1.50 extra for nothing and I still have to pay 65 for the payment notice. Disputed with the management but was rejected. Management has no compassion and they will jump at any chance to earn such money. Best bet is to follow the advice from everyone and avoid this car park and any car park under Carepark.
Disorganised. Incorrect ticketing. Don't answer phones or return calls.
This was a scam ! Arriving at 5 pm and leaving in the Saturday morning at 9am. Charged with hourly pricing because it is the more expensive and not the daily pricing for weekend. I paid 66 instead of 36
Avoid at any cost. Bunch of lazy idiots working in the call centre. 1 star given because you can't leave that empty
