Update 6-4-2021 Cigna now blocking my calls on my paid policy. Cigna will not reply to emails or correspondence. Cigna failing to address major flaws in my policy and their processes. Cigna fail to resolve customers complaints and simply ignore customers in their time of need, very sad. Cigna are now trying to say my active and paid policy is NOT VALID (which is false) and zero explanation to get out of having to deal with the reality of my claim and policy going forward.

Tried to get life insurance set up. Was told someone would call me. I waited a week - nothing. I called them and was told someone would call me back - still waiting 3 weeks later...

Your customer service line literally sucks. Nobody picks up and was cut off twice after waiting 15mins

Unreliable insurance company. Will try their best to deny you of any claim. Their policies are written too broadly and can be open for different kinds of interpretations. Unfortunately, their own interpretations of the policies that they honor are more inclined to protect them from any liabilities, even for those situations that you have absolutely no control of. I have been with different insurance providers. I can definitely say, this insurance company is significantly unreliable.

A very bad insurance company, they will find any excuse not to pay out your claims. It take weeks for them to respond to emails, and they will waste hours of your time chasing/replying to there excuses. I recommend just going straight to the insurance Ombudsman to get any kind of reasonable outcome from these guys.

love it!!! This completely changed my perspective on insurance. Before I the CEO of Cigna I didn't like insurance and thought that life wasn't great but now insurance is my third favorite word starting with i and life couldn't be better. As Jet Kai Yong once said "Do da Heeffy Dance, HEEF HEEF HEEF HEEF HEEF"
