Abysmal. Supposed to be in the in-warranty repair for LG/Harvey Norman. Reported the loud fridge freezer compressor issue to Harvey Norman, took this company a week to get in touch. When they did it was by email, no phone call, to tell us it'd cost 150 to look at it. Harvey Norman agreed to pay for it, but after telling them this, we haven't heard anything. We're now 10 days from reporting the fault to Harvey Norman, Coastal Electronics haven't even confirmed a visit date, and our fridge freezer has now stopped working. All our food will spoil. Harvey Norman have been really good. It's Coastal Electronics that aren't doing their jobs. My advice is before you buy an appliance, go to this company's website and check who they do warranty repairs for. And if it's this bunch of lazy, uncommunicative, clowns, pick another brand.

Dealt with this company as repair agents for another company. Had no problems spoke to several staff and they were quite helpful. Took my tv for one week did the repair and delivered back no ongoing problems. Only dropped one star as they forgot to tell me they were coming once but at least they were getting things done. You do have to be a bit patient with these kind of repairs.

I've been unfortunate to have to deal with this company multiple times because they are the Samsung repair agent in Wellington. They're extremely rude to deal with. They overcharge for work and don't listen to any concerns that are raised. I would never ever use them if it weren't for the fact they are the only ones who do Samsung repairs in Wellington. I've rung Samsung to complain multiple times but I've had enough now. I basically won't buy Samsung appliances again because of them. We had to replace the dryer in the end because after them trying to fix it over and over again it was in fixable which I'd tried to tell them from the start so we've gone back to fisher and paykel because they employ there own service team. They lie about whats been said send multiple invoices differnt to the quote and also still charge the time quoted even if it takes them a quarter of the time or don't even do some of the work quoted. Stay well away from these guys. I'd give them a zero if i could a one is generous. They're crooks.

I rang to book my dishwasher in to be repaired and the response I received from the office lady was so unprofessional and very unfriendly. Then I received an email regarding job confirmation and it start going on about bad experiences with passed customers etc. It was not an experience that was acceptable.

Unfortunately would not recommend, as they took 3 visits to fix my TV, didn't diagnose the actual problem properly and wasted my time. Left without a working TV for 4 days as it was during the xmas/new year period. Since the cost was covered by Samsung I had no choice but to use them. In response to the owner's reply: No you didn't help me escalate my case to Samsung. No idea why you say you did this. I escalated the case and Samsung then contacted you. My job was not prioritised until I called on the day that my TV was finally fixed. So much dishonesty in your response! I stand by my original review.
