We had asked to do a residency visa but she has not done that at all hasn't picked up our calls at all bad communication skills now my husband is having to go somewhere else before his visa runs not impressed at all

Terrible communication caused my visa to be declined. They never provided me with the declined letter. I had to ask immigration for a copy to understand the reason.
Horrible customer service from Jo herself. Rude and arrogant. Entirely sure of her own superiority. I just had a 15min consultation with her, and would not go back in any circumstances. No matter the difficulty of the case, the news should be delivered respectfully and sensitively to the client. That was definitely not the case with Jo. Even being a calm and quiet person, the way I was treated left me shaken up and frustrated.
Based on my experience, very good and professional service. They always kept me updated and the communication was so clear, quick and supportive. I was really satisfied with what they had done to my case since the beginning. If you seek great advice and solutions for your application, just keep Cottrell Law in mind and you won't regret.
I can only give my own opinion based on my experience with them but for me, Cottrell law are miracle workers. At one point my case looked bleak and I went to them and they saved the day.
