I have had several appointments to test my hearing, fit and adjust hearing aids. Excellent service from Katherine, my audiologist who was consistently knowledgeable, caring and skilled. I never felt rushed, or pushed into making any decision. Clear explanations were given to me, and no nasty surprises. Very highly recommend their services. The hearing aids are little miracles

I'd almost given up on being able to hear well, and had had a bad experience at one of the big-chain audiologists. Courtenay Hearing Centre came with a good recommendation. And I wasn't disappointed. Tests were done, no promises were made, but I was quietly excited. Hearing aids arrived and my life has changed for the better. Couldn't have asked for better service, or better follow up care. Courtenay hearing is a medium size independent hearing aid provider. I have been a client there for 5 years. They are able to supply all types of hearing aids and are independent. In my.opinion while there may be an advantage in dealing with corporate style suppliers, their recommendations appear biased according to their allegiances. It is a similar situation with dentists who are corporately controlled. The service is good and the,staff patient. Highly recommended.
