I have no words to describe how amazing Doctor Mohammed and his team is. It took a lot (and I mean a lot) of patience from his side to get all the work done that was needed on our almost 3 year old. He gives up a lot of his time to get kids to a place where they can endure treatments. I can not praise this team enough. Our little girl geniunly looks forward to going and he has performed miracles on her teeth. Dr Mohammed is truly a master of his trade...and a beautiful person. Karla and Rebecca are equally amazing. You are made to feel so welcome and cared for there.

Muhammad is amazing with children! Most of the appointment is spent making the child comfortable with him and the chair so he can safely perform procedures that would otherwise require sedation (which does not come without significant risk in small children). Thanks to Muhammad my toddler loves the dentist.

Oozes professional competence, great with children, and gives 200 percent. He came back to work on a Friday night to perform an urgent procedure on our 5 year old when the public health system let us down. Reading the one bad review below feels like through the looking glass as our experience was so polar opposite. (Not trying to discount their experience just to say ours couldn't have been more different).

We have had an amazing experience with Mohammed and his team. Our daughter needed a tooth extracted and the public wait list was very long for the procedure she needed. After 2 rounds of antibiotics to fight painful infections (while we waited for public service) we decided to invest in support from Mohammed and it was the best decision we made. Our daughter had developed a strong aversion to going to the dentist/dental nurse as a result of her situation, and Mohammed was able to build trust with her using his gentle, empowering and fun approach. From the first visit onward our daughter actually looked forward to her dentist visits! Mohammed also took every opportunity to reduce the level of intervention needed to extract the tooth - our daughter was determined that she would be put to sleep so she didn't have to experience any of the procedure, but in the end she was happy with Mohammed's 'magic wand' and we didn't have to go down the sedation path. Can't recommend highly enough.

Cannot rate Mohammad highly enough. He is amazing with kids and a highly respected Dental Specialist. We are lucky to have him in Wellington.

I took my 2.5 year old son to Mohammad Alansary when he had some dental issues I wanted addressing quickly. Dr Alansary didn't listen when my son asked for a break while he was doing the initial assessment, then when my son cried and I comforted him in my lap he told me I was reinforcing bad behaviour. It was a very traumatic experience for us both and has taken a lot of work to get my son back in a dentist chair. We ended up going through the public system instead. Avoid unless you are looking for a 1950's dental experience, but with puppets.
