Great tasting crumpets. Took a long time to make though. They also refused to make me a non alcoholic cocktail from their taste wheel, claiming that 'This is a bar' and it wasn't possible to do so. I guess fair enough if you can't make a beverage without alcohol if it is the key ingredient, but no need to be rude about it, especially to a paying customer.

Once I got in, I was captured by the character set up in this pub& restaurant. Most of the deco photos have been selected well following the unique theme. Want to see some old classic nude women photo? Right place here. Want to find your style of cocktail? Right place here, it is more than a pub, it also offer you a attractive piece of unique gallery wall with large information. Here I am.

Best place for cocktails in Wellington. Very unique in the fact pretty much every cocktail is made to suit your mood and palet. Loved the decor and atmosphere too.

Had the awful experience of visiting this place for a Christmas party on Friday the 18th of December. The waiter refused to serve one of our party members with a disability even though the person was completely sober. When we tried to explain the situation to the waiter, they replied "we hear that all the time". The persons disability was discriminated against because the 'way they was acting' didn't fit within the waiter's bubble of hipster rich white kids. Ordering a round of drinks is a big accomplishment for someone with a disability, there is no place for this type of discrimination in Wellington. If you agree with this you should avoid this place at all costs. #Thanks for your response# Due to his condition, my friend is very hard to understand as he mumbles and often looks not quite there. Not sure what you mean in regards to "asking permission to lay hands on staff". You are trying to deflect attention from you and your staffs discrimination, which comes across even worse to be honest.
