Delivered on a Sunday which wasn't the problem. Got a notification that parcel was out for delivery. So dogs got shut inside. To ensure delivery could go ahead. Got a notification that delivery not competed as nobody was home. No dogs outside no knock on front door. But left a calling card in letterbox saying nobody was home and usually dogs on property. Tried to call got australia and got told she couldn't help me would have to ring back tomorrow. Very very poor DHL

Went there on 4th of Feb 2021 to send parcel. Previously, when we went to get the box for the parcel, one of the staff mentioned only 1 lithium battery is allowed so I included 1 gopro battery in my parcel. As the two lady staffs ( who didn’t have name badge) asked me to declare what is in the box, so, I told them about the battery as well and they said it’s not allowed. I politely mentioned them about the info from the staff who provided the box. After that they brought the senior staff ( a guy, who was wearing black things on the ear and had thick beard) who was very rude and didn’t have knowledge on how to provide customer service talked with me in mannerless way. My whole day was ruined because of his behave. Felt like, will never send parcel through DHL again. Never felt this way in NZ’s customer service sector in my 5 year stay here.

Rubbish company. Staff uneducated, rude, didn't know how to speak in English properly. He also took the photo of the customer who picked up the goods, without consent. Possibly breach the privacy act. They need more training.

Order items all the time but for some reason this company never delivers on there first attempt even when I’m at my business address during business hours with a door wide open they say that I’m not there or they can’t get in? How would I conduct business if this was true? My business is relying on delivery’s to be on time the first time not the second or third time. You don’t get payed twice for re-work!! I’m glad I do not have there drivers as employees or contractors as they would be getting performance or managed out! The only reason why I’ve marked 2 then a one is because at lest the call center get them to drive back out for he actual delivery !!!
