Terrible customer service over the phone, whenever you have a work issue all they can do for you is suggest you find another job. They are only interested in getting money off you, and they run you in circles if you want to cancel. Probably some good people somewhere in there but most don't care and are only there to collect a paycheck. Not slander just an honest opinion, worst union I've ever dealt with.
