Wonderful customer service. I made a request 7.30 Monday morning. Toby rung me 15 minutes later. I was in Wellington 1 day and I was fitted in for 2 separate appointments. First one treatment with sonic waves (which worked) and later a foot scan to future proof the treatment. I felt listened to and well looked after.

I have had a lot of success working with Toby & Charlie so far. I’ve struggled with headaches and migraines for 3-4 years and after attending the pain clinic for a couple of months they have significantly reduced! It’s definitely been the most helpful solution I’ve found so far, so thanks very much guys! Would definitely recommend to someone struggling with a similar issue.

An outfit better then this team does not exist in the Wellington region. Before them, I have tried 6 different clinics, never quite coming right with existing injuries, mainly from sport when younger. I am currently seeing them for a shoulder complaint that is easing every week. This is a professional outfit with a very diverse knowledge base. They use both traditional methods and some quite fancy machines that I have no idea the name of. The difference in how I feel after weekly treatments makes a massive difference to my ability to get around, concentration and general well being. If you have tried the rest, have a go at the best!

I have been suffering from migraines for about 20 years, I have been under specialized care several times and I felt like my life sucked, they would drain the life out of me and it would take days to come back to normality, it was super hard as I am also self employed it would make days longer and hard. One day I had had enough so I did my own research and came across The Featherston Street Pain Clinic I was so hesitant about taking this risk to try something new BUT Tobi and Charlie have been very supportive and have helped me extremely to reach to this point of having NO migraines at all. I am so very thankful and I couldn't recommend this place enough. If you are struggling from Migraines make sure you take the risk like me and give this clinic a go. You will not be disappointed )
