Preeti did an amazing job with my wedding dress at a very affordable price. Great service, very knowledgeable and easy. Definitely exceeded my expectations and saved me a lot of money (quotes from other tailors for minor wedding dress alterations were crazy high). Can highly recommend and will be going back for anything else that needs fixing. Thank you very much.

Horrible experience, ruined my pants, didn't tell me when I went to pick them up, was rude when I asked her if she could fix them, told me to get them taken in in Dunedin (where I'd had a different pair done properly in the past), offered no apology and then made me leave. Will not be returning

I have taken a number of garments to Preeti at Fit Rite tailors over the past year. I have always been extremely happy with the result, she is able to alter and adjust anything so it fits exactly as I want it to. She is extremely professional, efficient and accommodating and I can definitely recommend her services to anyone who wants an exceptional job done on their clothing alterations.
Had friendly, reasonably priced and fast service. Preeti was really lovely. When she heard that the dress alterations were for my birthday party she did them the same day even though I didn't need it back straight away. She didn't want me to worry about the dress! I will definitely go back and have told my family and friends to go there as well.
Preeti is wonderful! She has mended and altered several garments for me over the past year. All her work has been completed in a timely manner and to an excellent standard. I have recommended Fit Rite to many friends. :)

Literally the nicest, kindest person around. I needed some stuff altered for a wedding and she worked her magic right there and then, even with a cue of customers. Good job and not pricy.
