After a lengthy search for the perfect colour and grain we were trying to achieve in our renovation we came across Forte’s extensive range. It was great to be able to see the products installed in the showroom to allow us to get a real sense of how our flooring could look. We are thrilled with the both the look and how warm our new floor feels. Michelle and the Wellington team have been wonderful to deal with, both professional and prompt. Very happy with my new kitchen floor through Forte flooring. After a lot of indecision i chose Moda Capri, and it looks great with my light grey and white cupboards / bench top. it feels lovely and warm underfoot. I received lots of samples from the website, and from in store which made things easy. Michelle was great to deal with. The installer did a lovely job. The only issue was with the delivery guy who was in a big hurry, and didn't help carry the wood in from the gate. Luckily the installer Forte recommended (Kevin) came round within half an hour and sorted that all out. All in all, very pleased.
Forte have been wonderful to deal with. Courtney has been very patient while we have dithered around making our final decision. Samples were sent extremely quickly, phone calls always returned promptly, our questions and emails answered quickly. We have found Forte to be very professional with excellent customer service which is a bit of a rarity these days. Thank you for your time and effort!

We have just had some beautiful Forte flooring installed in our new house. I had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. I dealt with Courtney over the phone a lot, as we do not have a showroom in our region. She was very accommodating and helpful. We are thrilled with the Forte Smartfloor in our new house, which exceeds our (high) expectations. We were aiming for a harmonious contemporary Scandinavian-influenced aesthetic, and considered six products before selecting Forte for its aesthetics, quality and value. Michelle provided exceptional patient service as we worked through our options, and facilitated the overall installation with finesse. Dave's Precision Flooring did a fabulous installation job, the fitting to our undercut stairs being beautiful craft work that gives continual pleasure. Unreservedly recommended, and we'll use again.
