This is the place I go to when I need something printed fast and with good price. Great communicators too. They called me a couple times to update me on my printing order.

When I saw the rating I thought 'how bad can it be, I just need one poster printed'. Big mistake. When I went to collect my poster, they didn't have it printed or seem to know anything about it, despite me sending it two days prior and that they acknowledged it. No apology and the manager, who I had correspondence with, did not talk to me about the mistake - even though she was right there! They told me to come back a few hours later to collect - I'd come in before work, it's not like I can just pop into to the shop anytime, no offer to deliver it to make up for their mistake. Anyway, when I made it back, the price had gone up 15% from the quote! The price on the quote didn't include tax and the quote didn't say how much the tax was. Now on payment, the tax is in bold and in the centre of the page. Can't help but think this is meant to mislead customers on price to get business, as the final, more expensive price, isn't given to you until you've committed. This is by far the worst printing place I've ever been to. Go somewhere else, go anywhere else.
