Together we can all positively contribute to our communities, whatever that might mean to you. ​ It just so happens that our experience comes from the NZ Army, youth development sector and corporate world. This unique combination of experience and values is what leads us to deliver our current range of programs, courses and activities. However, as an adaptable and agile organisation, the how to our why is always a work in progress. Most importantly we know we can't do it all on our own, and the true power of change is the positive influence we can help champion. Future Leaders was established in 2013 to provide a service to the NZ Government in the youth development sector, taking a holistic and end-to-end approach to facilitating sustainable employment outcomes. Since then we have grown our efforts to bring leadership history, effectiveness and practices from the military to the civilian world. ​ From self-leadership to team and operational leadership, our emphasis is on equipping people with the skills and tools that will help them lead themselves or a team effectively, assert positive influence, deliver successful and productive results, while driving vision and intent. ​ Our team is made up of people with extensive military and business experience, who are experts at delivering training in an interactive, engaging, meaningful and of course experiential way.
