We bought a Land Rover Discovery from Gazley and unfortunately our experience was below what we expected from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. I found the service average at best, and a lack of attention to detail made me doubt the quality of your work e.g Error in paperwork and a delay in processing change of ownership meant we were subjected to a decline when we ordered our personalised plates for the vehicle a week after purchase. Being asked a range of questions regarding our ownership and told “It is not your vehicle, the system tells us it doesn’t belong to you” was demoralising. I rang LTNZ and they confirmed that they had only just received the change of ownership order. Whilst your frontline staff are pleasant, there really was no wow factor in your service. At this stage, we wouldn’t consider purchasing another vehicle from Gazley.

I'd looked for long time for the car I wanted. I found it at Gazley. Jeff the salesman was great. He met me on his day off to show me the vehicle. I had a small problem after the purchase. Gazley sorted it out quickly and generously. Thoroughly recommended.

Had a 2011 VW DSG transmission - (don't buy one - nightmare), serviced/fixed under mechanical warranty by Gazley - was okay, but then so smelly of oil burning. Took to my local mechanic (who used to work for them) - Gazley had left way too much grease around gearbox. Apparently the usual according to him. He fixed it. Would never go back to Gazley.
Awesome service and exceed my expectations they go the extra mile to give you the best possible experience, and they are experts have your VW serviced. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to use them. I know I'll definitely be back. Thanks very much to the awesome staff at Gazley Service department I was made to feel like a VIP.
