Historically they’d been absolutely awesome. The other day I called to make a booking for some work and the lady on the phone was very rude and didn’t understand the request I was trying to make. There work is always good and if you get the right service rep you are sorted.

Would recommend avoiding. Their service department couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. No one answers the phone and when they do nobody knows what’s going on. The service manager is very friendly but doesn’t seem to actually “manage” very well. The other service advisors I feel are either over worked or just out of their depth and have been given the wrong advice on several occasion and have found some rude and unwelcoming. Best thing about getting rid of my VW was never having to deal with Gazley again.
