Bus did a hit and run on my parked car. Really hard to get hold of anyone from GO Wellington to sort out my insurance claim. Lucky there were witnesses.
This is the worst bus company in New Zealand with Red Bus in Christchurch coming in a close second and Uzabus at 3rd. With Ritchies being the best. The shocking driver behavior and inability of this company to take responsibility for its actions wins it its place. The fact that this company still exists is a reflection of how desperate NZ is for bus drivers and the fact that this depot is still standing a reflection of the passiveness of kiwi people. Recommendation for this company would be to close it. This company is incapable of being improved.

Thank you to all the friendly staff (Bob, Rachel and others) and the lovely bus driver(Ray), who went out of their way to help me retrieve my sons backpack last night. Much appreciated. Every person I came in contact with was professional, polite and very helpful.
Different from a normal bus depot. A pretty much historic building housing the iconic wellington tram buses. Interesting to see from inside given a chance.
By far the worst public transport services I have ever experienced in my life so far.. The drivers make mistakes, skip stops, are always late, can't drive properly and the list goes on. The monthly fees are beyond overpriced and the whole system outdated. People should stop saying "thanks bus driver"... By doing that you're making them think they've actually done a good job.
