Whoever the person you sent to manage an alarm call out to 35 Victoria Street today is very rude his entitled behavior was out of line. His arrogance leaves alot to be desired. Let's hope he pulls his head in next time he visits for routine checks.

We are the owners of Bodega, 101 Ghuznee St, now closed down., Guardian alarms were responsible for looking after the fire alarms in the building. Last week when we were stripping out the building the alarm was inadvertently unplugged. Their technician arrived, angry that he had had to come out, then told us there was a big sign saying not to unplug which in fact there wasn't (i have photos to prove), and he then called me the C word in front of my two small children and left. Don Cathro, the man in charge was contacted and told all of this, including the fact there was no sign or any safeguard in place to stop anyone from unplugging the alarm and about his tech swearing in front of young children. He thought nothing of this, was utterly dismissive, has billed for the call out and lied to the new building owners about the presence of a sign. I would check any systems this company has put in place for you and make sure it is clearly worded and has safeguards in place to stop this sort of thing happening (perhaps this is there little con, to make more money, as there seems to be no recourse) or better still, use another Company.
