If you do not know the building you would not know which lifts to use so that could be communicated when making your appointment. We were instructed to use hand sanitizer and they provided masks for us to use. Staff are friendly and process went quick.

I have called three times and for three different reasons. Melandie is the most unprofessional, unhelpful and poorly trained person possible for a job that requires people-skills and empathy. She repeats herself like she's talking about returning products out if warrantee. I'm genuinely worried about going back home to South Africa after my visitor's visa has not been renewed) and she keeps repeating: 'The external borders to SA are open and it is your choice to travel or not'. as if there is no dangerous new South African strain of Covid-19. I understand if you can't give advice, but try to show that you care.
