Unfortunately not a very good experience from Holcim cement. One of their vehicles, (Ute) whom was towing a large trailer in the slow lane, decided to pull out in front of me while I was in the process of starting to overtake him. I rang the Head Office to inform them, they gave him my cell ph to which he rang me, & argued with me. Even though there were 4 witnesses in my vehicle & a Video Camera, he was still argumentative & extremely rude in his response. Seems to me Holcim are completely incompetent when it comes to dealing with complaints. Don’t repay the Public by “sweeping things under the Carpet” when you are alerted to the behaviour of your Employees when representing your Company. No response from his Superiors when they were alerted to his call to me either. Could’ve easily been sorted however Holcim chose this path.
