Why we did not get one of these systems before I don't know. It is the difference between night and day. As advised when it needed new filters it flagged it for us. Quick call all arranged. Visit very short, very efficient and nice young guy. Highly recommended.

Following a very pleasant phone call, they organised for a service person to come and replace the HRV filter and do a service check. This person arrived when promised. The job was completed quickly and smoothly, and provided some helpful advice.
HRV came to replace our HRV Filters. The staff member was friendly, efficient, tidy. The price was good, and they will be back again in two years time when the filters need replacing again. We would. It use anybody else.
We had 2 air conditioning units installed and the 2 installation guy's were brilliant. Very professional and full of ideas. Thanks Jason and Mohammed you were great. The system they installed is working great as well.
Professional and friendly. Out HRV works so well now we've had the filter changed. We'll definitely be using these guys on a regular basis from now on to maintain our HRV.
Friendly staff and excellent service from the phone call booking to the pre-service text to the actual service. I knew exactly how much it would cost, and the serviceman arrived on time. Absolutely hassle free. Not only is the product well worth the initial cost, the follow up service is spot on.
Great company to deal with especially as I had to re-schedule appointment date. Originally estimated around 700 to do maintenance on HRV system and 2 x heat pumps but actual cost was much less. Tech that carried out the work was very knowledgeable and efficient - also friendly and courteous. A well deserved 10/10.
Booking a service call to get the air filter in our HRV system replaced was simple and straightforward (much better than other companies we've dealt with in our previous houses). The service guy who came to do the work was friendly and polite and punctual. He explained what he was going to do, he did it efficiently and then he explained what he had done.
