A quick post to give a huge 5 star feedback for Catalina - best massage I've EVER had. She instinctively feels where the problem/tension areas are, and has a fabulous way of giving treatment that is both therapeutic and uplifting. I would HIGHLY recommend her and Intensive Health Clinic.

I highly value massage as part of my overall health and have experienced many different services (traveling a lot for work). What I have learnt is that there are massages that are great mostly because you needed to stop, lie down and take a break. Then there are massages that are extraordinary because the massage isn’t relying on you been stressed, overworked or needing to stop. The massage is really bloody good. You walk out feeling reset, rejuvenated and like someone very very wise has given your body what it needs to function better. The massages, people and full service at Intensive, on its own, is world class. There is no doubt in my mind that if you want the most value in a massage service/relationship, you’ll find it at Intensive. THANK YOU to the team at Intensive.

First time going here for a relaxing massage as a treat. Very friendly customer service, nice massage room. My masseuse took the time to find out exactly what I was after. Extremely relaxing and getting to choose my preferred balm scent was a lovely touch.

The first time I went it was worth the 90, very good massage that was deep enough to actually relax the muscle. The second massage wasn't as good, wasn't bad it just wasn't firm enough to actually do anything. Make sure you specify exactly what you want when you book every time, especially if it's for sports recovery.
