Must have been a bad day at the office today 6/2. KFC Johnsonville was super busy. Perhaps the owner can look into helping out the team. It’s not the team’s fault that I got the driest, stalest roll with the scrawniest mangiest piece of sample of chicken in what’s supposed to be a zinger burger. See the photo’s and let me know if I’m unreasonable. Very disappointed today. The bucket of chicken got 5 stars, but that’s what I expected at KFC Johnsonville anyway. I’ll try again and hope for the best.

Had read a vacancy on trade me jobs listing a part or full time cook and there was a phone number and a name you could contact if you needed any more information so l rang the number and left my number so they could get back to me that was 4 days ago so l rang the company involved and spoke to a pleasant person on the other side of the phone who said the person l needed to speak to was in a meeting so l left my name and number with her and she said she would pass it on unfortunately didn’t here back it is so disappointing that they leave there name and number knowing their not going to contact you shame on you ie: The Manager

Really disappointing. Place was busy, only one checkout operating, and then when I finally got to order they were out of chicken. Go to Porirua as its much better, more parking, order machines in the foyer, no long wait lines.

The food is good, the kitchen clean, they could pack better, but that's okay. It would be better to avoid use rough and stressed workers at drive thru, the customer who comes to buy is looking for take home courtesy and not bad manners, food would taste even better.Hope it will improve.

I went there two times. The first time I waited almost 20 minutes, but I was still on waiting. And the second time it was really not that busy. I ordered two pieces of original recipe chicken. They taste really good. I think I will nor come again because the environment is not welcoming. Three stars for chicken only.

Terrible service- huge line with 1x person "on the till". No acknowledgement or ill be with you shortly, just ignored. Attitude once I was served was so bad we walked out mid order as I was infuriated. Go to Porirua for better service and a smile. Unfortunately can't give minus rating.

I fancied an evening snack (6:30pm) but waited 10 minutes (after a quick and efficient ordering process) only to be told they had run out of the chicken used in the wraps so could they use a different chicken! A further 10 minutes and a very disappointing wrap was served to me. Pretty yuk, very slow, poor value and I will try again next year just to remind myself what utter trash is served here. Quite frankly you should be ashamed of yourselves KFC. What a waste of our planet's resources.

I usually don't write reviews but couldn't resist myself from writing this one as I received an exceptional service from one of your Johnsonville staff named 'Lloma' (guess that is what I read from the name tag). Lloma had excellent customer service skills and is a great asset for your store. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.
