Haven't been for ages. Wanted to try the mini donuts. I wasn't too keen in the end, after trying them. Looked cute tho. Cheap enough I guess.

Doesn't matter if you renovate the place. Still always messy. Real yuck feel eating in.
Drive thru service staff don't seem to care much for speed and accuracy, just taking their time and quite relaxed. After waiting for 15mins with only 3 cars in the queue at 10:30pm, they then short-served my order so I had to go back in to get the rest. Suggest that this store's manager needs to refocus on the importance of customer experience.
The meal was hot. Sadly my partners one was missing an item. I was able to use sanitizer spray and a clean chux cloth to clean out table prior to eating. Didn't seem anyone was cleaning during patrons. The bathroom facilities were disgusting. Needed a good clean. Perhaps a dedicated cleaner wouldn't go a miss.
Hot food, and really tasty, the staff were fast and friendly, with great service. Fresh serving of hot hot hot fries, and I'll definitely be back again

Very disgusting. The tables were filthy. One staff member came out to clean one table and then went back behind the counter and served another customer wearing the same gloves. A customer asked for a cloth so that she could wipe her table down and was told that a staff member would clean it. He came out walked past a dirty table wiped one down and didn't even clean the lady's table that had asked for her table to be cleaned and then went behind and served another customer wearing the same gloves. My family and I cleaned our table and left the premises. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
I DO LOVE KFC...KILBIRNIE..STOPPED OFF TO PICK UP LUNCH...WELL WORTH IT ....FRIENDLY YOUNG WOMAN..THANK YOU GRATEFUL..
