The shop layout is terrible when it's busy, every isle gets clogged up with people and nobody can move. But friendly staff and helpful when not busy!
usually nice and friendly but on friday the only man working just walked off half way through serving me and told his colleague to finish me (didnt speak to me).....she got stuck so i was stranded.... i made a complaint and bizarrely my package went missing? conspiracy or a very rude member of staff. lets see if it turns up. i doubt it.... have had great service there over the years, one rotten apple
