Went in today to pick up a ball of yarn I had ordered in. The woman who served me was quite passive aggressive about the fact that I hadn't picked it up earlier. (My order had only arrived a week earlier) I thought given the current strange circumstances she could have been more understanding. I have bought through them a bit and I thought they would appreciate my customer loyalty, and supporting them through this tough time for small business'. I am feeling deterred from going back and being received like that.
