Kruchain is a excellent teacher, who draws from his experience of 500 odd fights to teach an authentic style of Muay Thai to those willing to put in the hard work. Training is hard, but fun, you learn simple but effective techniques and the “why” and “when” to use them. He teaches, Muay Thai to suit your level and needs from the officer worker needing to let off some aggression and to get fit, to an enthusiastic prospective fighter, wanting to step into the ring. There’s something for everyone. I would highly recommend everyone to train with him, you would be doing yourself a big favour.

I trained with Kru for about three years, then took a break while I had a baby and got back into Muay Thai this year again with Kru. Love his approach to students pushing you to the max but with alot of care and skill. The classes are alot of fun, we all have a laugh and sweat out our day together.
