These guys were super helpful when I needed a replacement part for my food processor. I purchased it online from them and it arrived faster than expected and was a great price!
I ordered Sunbeam Expresso maker parts on 14th May, just before lockdown. Some time in June I found their phone number and rang to find that they had forgotten my order-buried under many others I think. At that time they had run out of seals but would send one when they had more. Some time in July the brew head seal and brew cup came by courier. The seal was far too large. They acknowledged the fault and I sent it back. I got and email saying that they had run out again, but would send one soon. In August I rang again and found that they had forgotten again. This time I got a lady who promised to send the part, and the following week it came with an apology note, on 7th August. So it took a long time but we got there, and I can use my machine again. I main thing is to be persistent if something is not right, rather than abusive. Probably they are much more efficient than that, just mistakes were made with my order
Great fast online service at a good price. 10/10 will buy from here again, the owner even followed up in person with a phone call during a pandemic. Purchased a part for my coffee machine.

Andrew was amazing. Fixed our coffee machines' steamer. Handled all the communications with sunbeam. Helped my wife carry it to/from the car. Charged very little. The whole experience was excellent. Thankyou Andrew!! We'll be back.
