Lovely staff and good experiences with my appointments, but the laser hair removal only worked while I was getting it. After I finished the series of treatments, the hair grew back and it was impossible to tell that I'd ever got laser hair removal. Even within the limitations I was warned about, the results were so disappointing that I would never do it again. It might work for you or it might not. You might just be throwing money away.

This laser clinic was so much more unprofessional than other laser clinics I have previously been to. Pre treatment and aftercare was explained horribly. They don’t shave the face before and expect you to shave at home. However this isn’t done at most clinics, usually they shave the face for you. facial hair is very different to the rest of the body and the person doing laser should map out the points and shave themselves to ensure laser isn’t being applied in the areas where hair doesn’t grow or else you’ll damage the skin!!! I had to ask to get my hair shaved first, as she was about to start the laser. I found that quite odd surely she could see that the area still needed to be shaved before she could start that laser. After the laser appointment there was no mirror to see my face, so later on when I saw my face I was highly dissatisfied. My sideburns were shaved like a man, however was expecting them to be gone. I can still see the hairs on my upper lip. I really wouldn’t recommend coming here because I don’t think they know how to do laser properly. I regret ever coming here.

Besides staff being extremely helpful and kind, the process itself was hassle free and straightforward. The prices are affordable for all and they have payment instalment options available.
