Do not trust these guys. They are the dodgiest people you can ever meet. Sold us 3 Chandeliers (2 small ones and one big one) and we paid upfront for the order. We picked up 2 small ones, but they kept ignoring our calls to pick up the big one. It's been more than a year, we are still trying to get our Chanderlier or money back. Will take them to court for sure now.

Good. I bought several lights. I encountered helpful staff who knew what they were talking about & consulted their technical guy when I asked more. My daughter loved her remote-controlled colour-changing dimming light for her bedroom. I had one light fail & they replaced it without issue as soon as stock arrived. These things could be cheaper, but I have no complaints at all about the staff or service.
Not very good customer service. I bought several thousand dollars worth of products which I have on the whole been happy with. However, I got LED bulbs which weren’t compatible with the switches I have, and tried to take them back for a refund (all unopened, in their original packing etc). They wouldn’t take them back, or even offer to exchange them for another product. I know they’re not obligated to do this, but I think it’s pretty poor customer service not to! So now I have 385 worth of bulbs I can’t use.....
Don’t stand behind product. Sales rep led me to believe that it was more durable. When it broke the couldn’t even repair it at my cost, let alone warranty.... won’t buy from here again.
Great products and great team . Full house retro fitted with led lighting , A Would highly recommend the led r us team to all friends and family , hassle free all the way
Having a shocking experience with this company.took old bulb in to match up on sat. Electrician came Monday morning and didn't fit so put my old one back in. I returned on Monday afternoon to return the new ones to be told they would call me. Called on Tuesday. Again on Wednesday to find they will not give me .a refund. When I purchased them there was no discussion of no refund policy.
Bought a 5m RGB LED strip. Was faulty (remote was not functioning correctly). Returned to shop and they replaced it. The new set was also faulty (sticky strip was faulty and could not stick to anything). Refused to give me a refund and told me i had to wait 24 days for the owner to return. I'd give it zero stars if i could.
I have never have had such a terrible service in my entire adult life. I had some LED down-lights fixed for my retail shop by LEDRUS. From the first month a light has been giving me grieve and i have contacted them multiple times. as always i got a reply yes we have got someone to help you out or sorry the boss is away overseas. Its nearly 2 years and still have not been able to get this light fixed. Now there are 2 lights which do not work and these lights are under a lifetime warranty. Service from LED R US is very very poor. Sorry, not Poor but Pathetic!
