Really unhappy with my experience here. I brought 2 chains to get fixed (haven’t worn the other much but seems to be fine, reason for 2 stars instead of only 1). The first photo is AFTER my repair, loose link sticking out after 2 or 3 weeks. I brought it back in and the same man who repaired it before just took it to the back, fumbled around with it, mentioned something inaudible about the chain and gave it back to me. In retrospect I guess maybe he just bent it back enough for me not to notice it. The last pictures are of my chain now, hanging on by a single link as the shoddy fix has left my necklace fragile and unwearable. Only writing this here as I have already given LK a chance to correct their work which they didn’t so I now need to pay to have this fixed a second time. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but other reviews of rude and indifferent service proved to be true. Buyer beware.
