Went in today looking for a specific product. Noone spoke to me, even after 10 minutes of circling the store looking around. I went to the counter where two guys working ran out the back, leaving an already busy female staff member. She managed to get one of them to come out. But he was very unhelpful and in a rush for us to go so he could carry on with whatever else he was doing. So I went a few doors down to Foot locker and immediately greeted at the door and checked up on by 3 different staff members during my time in the store. A business that cares about service versus Nike who does not.

Looking for advice around a shoe designed for longer slower runs as opposed to races or tempo runs. Chris was more than helpful. Didn't know about a couple of shoes but got help to make sure I left with all the info I needed. Very thankful.

Went to the store just now, 2 male staffs just went past serving other customer while 2 of us waiting for 10 mins just to pay, worst customer service ever. Rather shop online than going to this store again, such a waste of time

Fantastic customer service, was looking for comfortable pants to wear and was helped by a really sweet Nike staff member who found all the right sizes, answered all my burning questions and generally helped me find 2 pairs of pants which are super comfortable and fit nicely! Really good experience.. I have been to this store several times in the past and find both the service and the products them selves to be of good quality. I also like that when you create an account at the store they can keep a history of everything you have bought in the past along with receipts etc with all those purchases.
