Dear Pari Beauty, I miss you. I got my bush pig eyebrows threaded by your business for three years when I lived in Wellington. It was in an easy and convenient location for me, working at the Hospital across the road and now I'm struggling to find a similar business up north. Your ladies were always so nice to me even when I would be a repeat offender via plucking my eyebrows mid threading months because I got lazy. The price was good for the great quality I got. I would recommend this business any day. I always look anaemic and unwell before getting my eyebrows shaped. I've been consistently happy leaving this place with my new eyebrows. Quick and easy, max 5 minutes in total! Anyway, I hope you open a business someday in Auckland so I can get my eyebrows done with reassurance that they will be done nicely. 5 Stars. Was here today and had the worst experience ever. Staff member was rude and curt, no interest in connecting with her client, did not even introduce herself like a normal person would. Went straight ahead on my brows with no consultation, refused to let me use a pillow to slightly elevate my head for the facial treatment ( facials last an hour at least, so I wanted to be as comfortable as possible —this has never been an issue with any facial treatment sessions I’ve had). She just rolled some flannels but said I could only position them under my neck so my head was actually hyperextended, making it super uncomfortable. Just ridiculous. Would never recommend this salon to anyone. Staff needs to find another career—-hospitality definitely doesn’t suit her. Hopefully not all staff members are this inconsiderate to their clients. Very frustrated and left when treatment barely began. Would give zero out of five if that’s possible, never coming back.
Sadly I disagree with most the reviews on here. It is not cheap - 37 for a brow wax and tint, it is the most expensive I have ever had done. The salon is small and essentially you are in the reception area with people rushing all around you. Certainly not a “spa” experience. No consultation on how I wanted my brows, an under-whelming result and managed to leave tint on my face! I won’t be going back, but perhaps I have just become accustomed to very high standards they are very popular.
Will never return to Pari Beauty ever again. Was overcharged for my eyebrows, was offered a tint but declined. The staff insisted I get the tint however I declined repeatedly and then they turned sour. Overall bad customer service, very impolite and I wouldn't recommend to others. Also do not like the fact that other customers are watching you getting your eyebrows done. The place is crammed and stuffy (no waiting room), very unsanitary too as they do not wipe down their chairs and the staff use their mouth on the thread for threading eyebrows. Pari Beauty is definitely less than 1 star!!!!!
The owner is awesome but one of her workers is very slack and doesn't do her job properly nor does she listen to the client on what they want
The ladies are so wonderful and always do such a brilliant job of my eyebrows! I always have a great time there.
Really friendly place great service, great prices. Unfortunately I'm only in the neighborhood for a short time but if I lived here I could see myself as a regular there. They staff were just so great, at their jobs and also just so welcoming. Highly recommend.
Ladies were very lovely but me and my sister both got our eyelashes lifted and tinted for 65 each and sadly neither of us saw a difference apart from having panda eyes and irritated skin):
