Annie, Michelle and the team at Purrville are the best! Our kitties absolutely love it there and as self professed cat-mad people we feel they are in the safest care at Purville. They love all the spaces, and adore Annie and Michelle, who themselves are utter cat lovers and truly get to know each and everyone of the cats in their care. Our cats always come home happy!! Big love from Booboo and Perky.

We had a great first experience with Michelle and the team at Purrville. As nervous cat mums, we were able to visit Purrville before our cat stayed. The place is very clean and tidy, and has so many cat-friendly towers, ledges and toys. It also has great sunny area for them to relax in. Our cat came back happy and and healthy and we will definitely be coming back. The pricing is also very reasonable for how well the cats are looked after. One standout thing for us when we visited was how Michelle knew all of the cats names and their personalities.

Annalise and Michelle are so great! I found out through this stay that my Cinnamon is not great around other cats. They were so helpful through it. Even moved her to a room with an outside area when there was availability, so she didn't have to go into the communal spaces and hiss at everyone else. The space is amazing with lots of places for cats to climb, hide and relax. They even have an enclosed catio with lots of climbing frames.

Purrville deserves the five stars. They had our three girls for about a week. The place has an excellent set up for cats. I know our cats enjoyed it. This is the first time they have used Purrville. There reaction when they got home was as if they had been on holiday and not as if they had been sent away as a punishment. They were totally relaxed. Will definitely be taking them back in the future.

Nice and clean. Jasper had his own indoor PLUS his own outdoor space. He is however, happy to be home. People seem nice and genuinely like animals!!!

5 stars is not doing Purrville justice- Purrville is 11 stars out of 5! The set up is absolutely amazing with private runs for 'shy' cats where there is access to their own 'patio' area whilst the communial area is like a playground for cats with walkways at different heights, toys and places to sit and watch the world. Most importantly for us cat lovers it can be just as traumatic taking a cat away from home for a period of time- after just one visit I have complete peace of mind our Kobe was not only safe and happy but if anything getting the chance to play in their 'cat playground' actually made it feel like he was on a special kindof holiday also at a specialised cat hotel. I can't stress how important that peace of mind is that Purrvile provides and the ladies there are wonderful- hands down this is the best Cattery in Wellington, there is just no comparision, these guys literally are the best (PS. Kobe has a new BFF in Ralph- the legendary cat who lives at Purrville- he is a very friendly guy!)

We have generally been very happy with Purville but for the last two times, we have found the staff/owners’ customer service to be very poor. When we last went to pick up our cat, the staff came across as grumpy. They didn’t greet us or even say “hello” to us which didn’t make us feel good at all. Instead the first thing they said was “scan in!” and then nothing! And just today I called to make a booking and their telephone manners was disappointing...Analaise said “we we are booked. Bye.” I would have expected an “ I am really sorry, but we are booked” . This are basic customer service.... We have loved how they look after our cat and our cat has always come back happy but please please take care of your customers otherwise we will take our cat elsewhere...
