As a relatively new tenant I was unsure what to expect. Both of us have not only been looked after with maintenance and any concerns but also our property manager always has time for a talk, and always makes me laugh with his attitude towards life! Most importantly we both feel safe and heard. Highly recommend!

Quinovic Vivian Street managed the property I rented in Wellington CBD for 3 years. They were a great bunch of people - Brent and Andrew in particular were awesome to deal with. They responded to my emails promptly and did their best to accommodate my requests, including replacing the fridge and oven. I had no out of pocket expenses at the property and had the most comfortable stay. I highly recommend Quinovic Vivian Street if you're looking for professional, efficient and personable property managers.

Jenny, Wendy and the team at Quinovic are a pleasure to deal with. They have been managing our investment in Wellington since it was completed in 2019 and we couldn't be happier with the service. Some time ago this business baselessly accused me of stealing a dehumidifier from a rental property after I finished renting. And they also did not support me when the hot water cylinder was broken in the house, meaning we were footing about 500 a month power bills (should have been around 200), even when only one person was staying in the flat for a while! Because the hot water cylinder was literally leaking 24/7. Probably more of a landlord problem but still, thanks a lot guys for your support. Although my dealings with this same company after, at a different property were with Emma, and were fine so rating goes from 1 star to 2 star. These guys will always support the Landlord, even over the interests of the Renters, which is a pretty clever way of doing business, considering the Landlords pay the Property Management Company, but the balance is slightly off. Just my 2c.
