Fantastic location, right in the centre of Wellington. This centre has excellent office space with some great views over the harbour. Good modern facilities, with friendly and efficient staff. A very productive place to work, I would highly recommend.

Clean, light attractive offices with million dollar views. The staff are lovely, helpful and courteous. The only downside is that everything seems slightly smaller that you'd expect - desks, cupboards and offices. Other than that they are top-notch.

This is at an excellent location in central Wellington, with great facilities and many cafe's and watering holes nearby. The view of the harbour is stunning and the office is spacious and bright (can be too bright on the 31st floor on a sunny day, but blinds are provided on the windows). The WIFI is quick and latency is as low as it gets when connecting to North America. This is a great place to work when in town.

The other thing I was impressed with was the staff who were very friendly and made me feel at home as I had a short wait for my meeting partner to arrive.
