It can take a while to actually speak to anyone, but when you do they are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are kinda high, but service is good. Best to visit at quiet times.

Good service when I last went here, but FYI - this store is now closed. The store has now moved in with the Willis Street store further up the road.

Closed now! Only the one in Willis but both were hopeless. Staff new nothing and talked their way around everything resulting in me having to go back numerous times

Very average at best. Waited for 20 minutes patiently (without acknowledgement from staff) before being seen. Not so bad really and not the root cause of my poor review. After waiting, then actually trying to get to the bottom of my account request was a complete waste of time. The staff don't know anything beyond selling phones and internet packages. If something has gone wrong, they can't help (don't want) to help you. Avoid this Spark retail store. They simply turn you over to the faceless internet to resolve your issue.

Ganu was fantastic sorting out my repair for my Huawei P8! Even though it took a bit longer than expected (which I dealt with another guy for, he was super helpful and apologetic about it) I am happy and grateful for the wonderful service!
