Samantha is an asset to the Willis Street branch of Spark. Her approach was decisive and accurate. Her customer service skills were the best to date in the store. She understood my requirements and gave me the appropriate choices. It is not fun when one's phone is not working and it has been a stressful experience in the past. I would like to give Samantha my highest recommendation. She was fantastic and for the first time made the whole experience a pleasure.

Do not recommend at all. Told me incorrect information which made me incur fees when changing over from pay monthly to prepay. Horrible customer service dealing with the issue after I got the bill. Spark clearly do not train their shop technicians/assistance at all. Choose another phone provider!
